Redesign
Redesign usually requires a one hour consultation in your home. On the day of the redesign we carefully remove small furniture, artwork and accessories from the room. Using the pieces that are left and adding some or all of what we've taken out, we re-create your room. In some cases this includes "shopping" your home for other items you may have around your house that would enhance your space.
Personal shopping
For those of you who find it overwhelming to shop for furniture and decor I offer a personal shopping service catered to your needs and comfort level. This may involve a consultation to offer advice on size, color and style of items you may want to search for to co-ordinate with existing items in your home. This could also involve me actually going with you to shop for pieces or simply having you take photos of the pieces you like and advising you on how they may, or may not work in your space. It could involve my helping you choose a paint color, area rug, or lamps to go with your existing decor. The beauty of this service is that it is tailored to you, your needs, and your budget.

Home staging
Once we've established the service required with our phone consultation we come to your home and do either a verbal consultation/walk through with the owner, pointing out the recommended changes, or we can prepare a detailed written report specific to each room, that clearly outlines the suggested changes and steps to prepare your property for sale.
From a written report the seller is able to complete any or all of the suggestions depending on their ability, desire or budget to do so. It's possible that all you require is to have us do a little tweaking here and there to make your home ready for photos or a showing. Have us in for half a day to place furniture and decor in an effective location for showing or to help you pack for your move. We can arrange for furniture and accessory rental, storage options and packing materials. Should you need to hire a painter or contractor we will do our best to recommend a reputable tradesperson. We are committed to helping you achieve a quick sale for the best price possible.
The cost of home staging is less than the cost of your first price reduction.
